Pupil voice is captured in a variety of ways at Ormiston Latimer. This could be daily through the mechanisms set up around tutor group periods or via the many agents we have supporting the school community.
Additionally we may use surveys similar to those we administer to parents/carers to collect their views on a variety of school based matters.
We annually collect Pupil Attitude to School and Self (PASS Data) to collect information about individuals learners’ school experience pre and post joining the academy
We have a student council in school who regularly meet and feedback to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, which feeds into our development as an academy. This includes the curriculum offer, rewards and more!
