Zoe Shines in the Kitchen at The Venture Centre

This week, Zoe took centre stage in the kitchen at The Venture Centre, W10, as part of the Recipe for Success enrichment programme, and she rose to the occasion beautifully.

From chopping fresh herbs and blending spices to shaping her own kebabs, Zoe prepared delicious lamb and chicken kebabs entirely from scratch. The finished dishes were golden, flavour-packed, and served with homemade salad and tzatziki.

The results were impressive, and Zoe’s well-earned sense of pride said it all (even if she tried to hide behind her tray!). It was a fantastic day filled with confidence, creativity, and developing practical cooking skills, a wonderful example of our learners stepping into their potential.
